Life has many seeming paradoxes. One of them is that, while acquiring external objects certainly does not bring inner satisfaction, it is also true that the process of gaining inner strength and serenity can be focused and accelerated through the use of external aids. Are these “necessary?” Only you can decide for you.
If you decide to investigate the use of these aids, then, as you review different healing methods and their respective technologies, keep in mind that that there is no “best” vehicle to accomplish the same result for everyone. What works well for one may not be optimal for another. When searching for aids to the healing process, remember the rhyme “healing begins with feeling”. This search is not, primarily, an intellectual process although reason and research are part of it. But, more than anything else, the search requires that you find out what “feels right” to you.
